Fixed delivery rates by district
Each retail outlet independently sets a delivery rate for the districts it serves. The exact charge is displayed before the order is placed; customer pickup is also available.
Store rating
Ratings are calculated exclusively from completed orders. The score represents the proportion of transactions completed without reported issues; outlets with fewer than five ratings are assigned “New” status.
Order confirmation and tracking
The seller responds within 4 business hours through the application, by SMS, or via an operator call. If the order is declined, the user independently selects from the available alternative offers.

Customer
Address-based product search, offer comparison, and order placement are completed within a single workflow. The final amount, including the product price and delivery charge, is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Store
Each retail outlet manages catalogue pricing and product availability information. A response to the order is provided through the application or by SMS within 4 business hours.
Store owner
Verification and tax identification details are entered once, after which all stores can be managed within one application.

A payment document is generated, after which funds are transferred directly to the seller through Payme, Click, or Paynet.

Order fulfilment
The order is fulfilled through delivery or customer pickup. Upon completion, the user is invited to provide a brief service-quality assessment.
